The place is a hole in the wall, with really good breakfast! It's a throwback to old school diners. TIP: Get their biscuits (sausage, ham, etc.) to go and call in on your way to pick up.

If you are Southern, best grits, ever. Reasonable prices, excellent fare, and good portions of comfort food. Laid back atmosphere.

Very cheap && affordable. Great place to eat if you're in a rush. My only issue is the service here isn't the best ~ feels kind of rushed and everyone is in a panic. Therefor, that makes me not want to visit this often as I feel very uncomfortable with the service.The food isn't bad at all - They had some of the best pancakes that I've tasted in a while! Definitely try out their pancakes. My husband got the eggs - we weren't too impressed.. The eggs were quite off.. Something about it was just not right..

Been coming here since I was a girl long ago. Hadn’t made it from the mountains to the beach in the past 10 years, and everything was the same, which is a total comfort amongst lots of change all around. Great breakfast, friendly people, local place. May God continue to bless you!

This place is a Hidden Gem! Food was spot on- I ordered that “Mitch” (grits with bacon crumbles) with toast and over easy eggs. Grits were super flavorful and eggs were cooked to perfection. Service was great and atmosphere was comforting and waxed some nostalgic feelings of diners from the 80s. Will definitely come back when I am here again!!

Waitress (not ours) was extremely loud and talking about her personal affairs, even commented "I don't care who knows". Our waitress was kind and helpful. Had the bacon cheeseburger and was charged $1.00 for a slice of tomato (that I took off because it was not ripe) and they charged 80 cents for the piece of lettuce they put on.😂They did not list the extra charges on the menu, I found out after my wife paid the bill. Fool me once, shame on you Big Nell, I guarantee it'll never happen again.

Waffle chewy and gummy. Apple topping for for a pie. Grumpy waitress shabby decor. Used to be a great local place that was packed everyday. No juice in these apples just spongy texture in floppy gelatin.

Amazing as always!!! Linda rocks!!!! Daughter had the scrapple with cheese..her favorite👌and a BLT! I had the BBQ sandwich on Texas toast O.M.G. It was soooooo good!!! Love going there. It has been a while and boy did we miss it. Even sang Happy Birthday to some nice folks 🎂😊

Had a nice breakfast the waitress was very nice. The bacon was cooked perfectly crisp for the wife.Tipped waitress extra. Wish I could remember her name.

Went here because of reviews, but not impressed today. Bacon and sausage were completely cold as soon as they got to the table. Bacon had great flavor, but cold. Waffles were good, but my family was done eating before I ever got mine. Hopefully this was just today, but defiinitely won't be back.

Great food at a great price

Got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Biscuit was big and fresh. Bacon was thick and crispy. Egg was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back.

We stopped here for lunch, and got the BBQ sandwich it had great flavor but was cold, and the slaw was not good at all. It tasted like some of that slaw sold in deli"s at food lion. The wait staff was wearing extra short shorts which I thought was inappropriate dress for a family restaurant. Hope they get fresh homemade slaw and think about a dress code for staff.

Amazed at the great prices for breakfast. Hash browns done right. I like the corned beef hash with over easy eggs on top, which I surround with ketchup. Not fancy, just good old breakfast my doctor would not recommend.

This place Is a little hole in the wall introduced to me by my girlfriend a former town resident while on a trip to Myrtle beach. This place it is the real deal if you want some good town cooking at good prices. It is a little dated but I prefer it that way, a testament to the uniqueness of the place. Stop there and get some food you will not be disappointed!

Food was average, wait staff was not warm, friendly or professional. Menus were very sticky and coffee stained, napkin holders had food particles on them. Just didn't appear they were interested in ensuring a good customer experience. Not a big deal to some diners I guess, but I think we were looking for a bit more.

Give it a 5 star because its a diner and keeps faithful to that genre.It's a quaint, country diner. Very southern cuisine. They serve breakfast pretty late (don't think after 12pm though). Waffles, biscuits, liver mush, omelettes, egg salad sandwiches... then lunch food sandwiches, burgers, ext.Very friendly servers and you sit yourself.I recommend! Unless your a snooty person, you won't like it.

My husband told me about this place so we decided to check it out. We happened to walk in not long before they were closing. As a server I felt that we should go somewhere else, but she insisted that we stay and dine. Tasty food and cool decor, comfy seats and friendly staff. We apologized for coming in so late but we were so glad we could get some delicious food before going home. Worth a stop for a great meal at a good price!

If you have a craving for some real Carolina style BBQ, than this is your spot. The platter was just the right size,and at a good price. The pork had amazing flavor. They know what they are doing in the kitchen. We got a pound to go to share with BBQ fans back in Pennsylvania. It has a very comfortable feel, and isn't too fancy, just friendly staff and tasty food. Like some would say, "this ain't no stinkin" country club" ! Highly recommended for true BBQ fans.
